Scoring of Student Film: Young Meets Old (2024)

As part of a filmmaking elective I took in my second semester of freshman year (FTVM 300), I collaborated with a group of fellow students on two short films, both of which I also had the opportunity to score. "Young Meets Old" takes place in a jazz club/lounge, so live music was a must. I was able to write for, assemble, mic up, and record the student group UMPH for the purposes of this film, using only a Sennheiser boom mic, two Shure SM58s, and my personal Shure SM57.
